All data processed is stripped of identifiers, ensuring there is no means to link data back to individual patients. BookRx analyzes non-personal information such as feature usage, workstation specifications, and time spent on tasks. This aggregated and anonymized data helps us understand user interactions and improve our service offerings.

BookRx maintains strict confidentiality over pharmacy or pharmacist data. No personal or non-personal information that could indirectly identify individuals or entities is shared outside of BookRx, except as required by law or with explicit consent.
